Me And My Daily Papercraft: Post#74 Best Wishes Card

The cards base is plain white with a white top layer...on the top layer I have stamped a doily stamp twice in black StazOn ink...then I coloured it in with emerald shade of twinkling h2o watercolour....I coloured just a few sections on the large doily stamp and I think it gives a bit of stained glass effect...

The sentiment was stamped on a white strip of paper and one edge was punched using the banner punch...
