Today I'm sharing a simple tag....I chose a blue cardstock for the base and punched at the top using a tag topper punch and rounded the corners of the base...
And in an attempt to try Twinkling H2O watercolors again, I coloured a bit of white cardstock using these watercolours and die cut a balloon and 'with love' word...the die cuts shimmer beautifully...I embossed the balloon die cut and added a couple of punched hearts in red and gold...and to finish the tag I added bright red and yellow ribbons...
