A few days back I tried out the gold glitter splatter technique on a card(Post#97) and decided to try it out again on a tag....
This tag has two 2" wide layers and the tops were created by punching with a tag topper punch.....for the base tag I simply rounded the corners and for the top tag I kept the length about half of the base tag and punched using a banner punch...from the left over section I die cut another small banner...
Once the bases were ready I added the glitter and let that dry...Later I stamped the top layer and added the small die cut banner on the bottom layer with a heart stamped on it...In the end I added the ribbon...
