Post#111 Love Heart Theme - With Love Tag

I created this tag base using the same technique as the one in Post 109...the embossing folder used in this one is called Diamonds by Kaisercraft....after embossing I created the watercolour effect using distress inks..

I wanted this tag to have quite a bit of delicate layers so I used a large punched flower and a die cut stitched border circle and attached them to the tag...then I added a bit of gold string...and finally two banners layers...the top layer banner has the die cut word 'with love' on it as well as a few heart sequins....
