I have made a red and gold card before.....but this time I used red as the card base and gold for the top layer...
The gold top layer was embossed using the Lattice embossing folder by Kaisercraft....at the bottom of the card I attached die cut heart border....above it I added two die cut words Love and You...these words dies stand out as I have added a couple more layers under them....
Since the gold top layer is quite shimmery, I did not feel the need to add any embellishments to the card so I just added a small punched red heart in the middle of the two words...
