Today I'm sharing a bright card which was pretty quick to make.....I like making these kind of cards when I want to try out a colour scheme.....or when I'm totally out of ideas.....which happens a lot more than I like...
The card base is plain green and the top layer is white....on the top layer I have stamped various sizes of circles using purple,green and orange dye inks....I then stamped and die cut a small tag and placed the 'celebrate' word die on it and added a ribbon as well....
I have also added two strips of foil cardstock at the top of the card...and a few small rhinestones to decorate the card as well...
